A fantastic night of quartet music last night from the legendary Paul Grabowsky. If you missed it then don't despair as he is on tonight and tomorrow night. Last night featured mainly standards from the quartet and tonight is exclusively sextet material featuring local players Jamie Oehlers (sax), Carl Mackey (sax), Jeremy Greig (trombone), Nick Abbey (bass) and Ben Vanderwal (drums). This is some truly stunning music written and arranged by Paul so I highly recommend checking it out.
